International Cash Management
International Cash Management
As a company operating internationally, you hold accounts with various banks both at home and abroad. Integrating these into a centralised liquidity management system often involves a great deal of coordination and results in limited transparency. At the same time, managing international payment flows and sales data requires robust, secure and efficient processes.
With our International Cash Management solutions, we help you to organise your international financial activities efficiently, smoothly and clearly. You can carry out transactions centrally, quickly and easily, and receive the relevant sales information automatically and in a clear format.
Your added value
- Greater transparency: Sales information and account transactions, both domestically and abroad, is presented clearly.
- More efficient liquidity management: You can view all available funds at any time and manage them as required.
- Global access: Third-party bank accounts worldwide can be accessed directly from Germany.
- Communication takes place via the global SWIFT network.
Sales information for your accounts inland and abroad are available in varying quality. Manually consolidating sales data for reporting and cash disposition takes up a lot of your time and is prone to errors. This makes efficient liquidity planning more difficult.
With our Global Account Reporting service, we provide you with centralised and automated access to sales information for your accounts at various banks both in Germany and abroad. The data is provided directly into your banking software using international standard formats – on specified dates or even several times a day.
Your added value:
- Automated provision of all domestic and foreign account transactions centrally via DZ BANK
- Daily cash planning based on up-to-date and structured sales data
- Simpler liquidity planning thanks to centralised visibility of your account transactions
- Secure data transmission via the global SWIFT network
This is how global account reporting works:
Please note that sales information is affected by the global migration to the ISO 20022 standard. Further information can be found on our ISO 20022 migration page at Account Information | DZ BANK.
If you hold accounts both at home and abroad, making payments often involves a great deal of effort. Different applications are required for individual banks; processes are organised on a decentralised basis, and managing liquidity becomes slower and more time-consuming.
Using our transfer requests, you can submit payment orders centrally via the SWIFT network to your accounts held with partner banks around the world. This enables you to initiate payments to third parties worldwide and also to efficiently manage transfers in your own name as part of your manual liquidity management.
Your added value:
- Direct access to your accounts with partner banks in Germany and abroad from within Germany
- Centralised, fast and simple processing of transactions debited from an account held with a third-party bank
- More efficient liquidity management through the centralised management of international payment flows
- Highly secure data transmission via the global SWIFT network
